Kenna is our Valuations Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise in both sales and lettings. Her comprehensive knowledge of lettings and sales markets, alongside being an expert on South Yorkshire market fluctuations places her in great stead to effectively manage your student lettings. Kenna will be able to bring the best out of your property by providing the most up to date valuations by performing one of our signature portfolio health checks.
Holly Henderson
Lead Student Lettings Negotiator.
Holly is our Lead Student Lettings Negotiator. Her primary role is to secure optimal rental prices for your property. She curates a selection of prime properties for our viewers to see, spotlighting your property to as many tenants as possible. Throughout the lettings process, Holly will maintain open communication with you, ensuring you're informed on all aspects of your property's marketing- from detailed viewing feedback to potential rental increases.

Senior Lettings Consultant
I joined house in February 2019, and have been working within residential lettings for over seven years, in this time I have collated an abundance of knowledge of estate agency, and have also completed my ARLA accreditation.
I have an eye for detail is key for my role at haus. As I live in the local area, I have an excellent knowledge of Rotherham and Sheffield, if you have any questions regarding anything lettings related, I am one to call.

Katie operates primarily from our office and is your go-to for all administrative concerns. Whether it's scheduling viewings for your property or crafting appealing, informative listings to captivate Sheffield's vast student community, she's got it covered. Most likely, Katie will be your initial contact, and she's always eager to assist, addressing any lettings queries you might have, whether large or small.
