Originally from Sheffield and now living in Rotherham I have a vast local knowledge of the South Yorkshire region as well as having extensive experience within residential sales and lettings. My estate agency journey started over 7 years ago. I have worked for both large corporate and independent estate agencies, starting off as a Sales Negotiator. After learning the rope I decided to tackle the lettings side of the business and soon progressed up the ranks. Here at Haus, I love that I am now covering both sides of the business looking after both sales and lettings clients.
Within my role, no two days are the same. From property sourcing for investors looking to extend their portfolio and portfolio advice on maximising annual income to sales valuations, assisting buyers and sellers with their sale and/or onward purchase and everything in between, I am always here to help!
My long term clients joke about my ever changing hair colour - when I am not covering the floor and towels in hair dye at home, I am usually planning my next holiday.

Being Rotherham born and bred and previously working for a Sheffield based corporate estate agency, I am perfectly equipped to deal with any sales and lettings questions, purchases or lets within the South Yorkshire region.
Dealing with probate clients is one of my specialties. I am on hand to be there for those who need it, be it clarifying anything in relation to the sale of the property, being there every step of the way or giving advice from a distance.
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the whole cycle from speaking to the landlord, arranging the valuation, the landlord passing me the keys for a new property at the take on appointment through to handing those keys over to the tenant on the move in day. Or assisting a buyer with securing their dream home, keeping them up to date with everything behind the scenes through to issuing them their keys on completion day!
Outside of work, my little doggy Spencer keeps me on my toes – we love going for walks in and around the peak district!

I joined house in February 2019, and have been working within residential lettings for over seven years, in this time I have collated an abundance of knowledge of estate agency, and have also completed my ARLA accreditation.
I have an eye for detail is key for my role at haus. As I live in the local area, I have an excellent knowledge of Rotherham and Sheffield, if you have any questions regarding anything lettings related, I am one to call.

I am the newest member of the Haus South Yorkshire team, starting in August 2023.
Living in Rotherham all my life and due to previous employment, I am familiar with the Doncaster region meaning I have great knowledge surrounding our huge patch within South Yorkshire.

My favourite part about my role is communicating with different clients on a daily basis, being a part of their moving journey.
My passion for property and all things Estate Agency related started after selling my first home and taking on a huge renovation project!
As well as completing the renovation, outside of work I love spending quality time at the park, seaside or funfairs with my two young children.
